Welcome Camille Duc, Plant-based Technical Support Manager

📢 We are delighted to welcome Camille Duc as our new Plant-based Technical Support Manager. Camille will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our plant-based cultures portfolio and offering technical support to our customers.

In this role, Camille will assist sales representatives and act as a bridge between customers and R&D team, while also contributing to marketing and training initiatives.🌱

His expertise in fermentation started in the field of oenology, where he earned a PhD in collaboration with Lallemand. More recently, he has accumulated five years of R&D experience in plant-based food innovation through fermentation for start-ups as well as multinational companies. 🧫
