Quality Management System

The management of quality is essential in the production of food-grade microorganisms to ensure their purity, safety, and effectiveness. We have implemented a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across all our production facilities.

Our certifications, including ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, as well as Halal and Kosher certifications, ensure high standards and guarantee the quality and safety of all the microorganisms and derivatives we produce. Several processes have been clearly identified, and their performance is regularly monitored to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

The management review confirms the relevance and efficiency of our Quality Management System, including PRPs, the HACCP plan, audits, corrective and preventive actions, and quality indicators. Additionally, a monthly quality indicator assessment is conducted for each step of the process.
